Derma roller is skin care device which help in scar, rough texture, fine lines & in skin rejuvenation. To smooth out skin texture.

Indication :- acne scar, pits, open pores, fine line, rough skin texture. 

How does it works :- 

Derma roller cause micro trauma to the outer layer of skin which promotes skin healing process increasing production of collagen & elastin which lead to skin regeneration, scar & fine line improvement. 

Procedure :- 

1. Very first ask patient to wash his wash

2. Then numbing cream is applied on face for 30-45 min. 

3. After 30-45 min numbing cream is cleaned. 

4. Now dermaroller with 1.0-1.5 mm (only at clinic use) is rolled on face specially focusing targeted area. 

5. Then solutions like HA, viatmin C are applied according to skin concern & soothing sheet mask is applied for better recovery. 

6. At last topical anti-biotic cream is applied. 

Post procedure care :- 

• Use anti-biotic cream 3 times a day for next 3 days. 
• Must use sunscreen & moisturiser twice daily for next 5 days. 
• Don’t use excessive hot or cold water to wash your face. 
• Don’t use anti-acne or depigmenting gel for next 3 days after treatment.   

Side effects :- 

• Mild pain, swelling, irritation, itching, erythema, dryness.
