How does it works :- prp solution is loaded with platelet-derived endothelial growth factor (PDGF), transforming growth factor ? (TGF-?), fibroblast growth factor-2 (FGF-2), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), epidermal growth factor (EGF),insulin like growth factor etc. when this solution is injected into scalp. It helps improve hair growth through cell proliferation, angiogenesis, & by speeding up healing process.
Indication :- hair fall, low hair density, post hair transplant, ulcers, burns, & extensive wound etc.
Procedure :-
- First patient scalp is thoroughly clean by betadine & saline solution.
- Then topical numbing cream is applied on patient scalp.
- Then 8-16 ml of patient sample blood is collected via sterile syringe.
- Then this sample blood is kept in specialised PRP tube.
- Then PRP tube filled with patient blood processed in centrifuge machine (which separate blood cells & prp solution)
- Then from prp tube solution is collected via sterile syringe.
- Then numbing cream is cleaned.
- And prp solution is injected into patient scalp via insulin syringe. Covering all the pattern baldness area
Post procedure care :-
- Patient is advised not to applying anything after treatment till the next morning. Let solution get absorbed.
- Patient is asked to shampoo next morning after the treatment with mild shampoo.
- Don’t do strenuous exercise, work & weight lifting for next 48 hours.
- Don’t use hair colour & mehndi for next 3-5 day after treatment.
- Avoid liquor on the day of treatment.
Side effects :-
- Mild pain, swelling, headache, itching, rarely lymph node swelling. All issue resolve easily.
